Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 Hours. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s out for delivery.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 days from the date on which You received the Goods.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Conditions for Returns

  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Downloadable product cannot be refunded or Return.
  • If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. We may require photographic evidence to process your return.
  • In the event that you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
  • All returns must be authorized by us before shipping. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund or exchange accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
